Metroglass deal with Australian family office falls over

Cowes Bay entered into a conditional agreement to take a 13% stake in the glass company and subscribe in an upcoming capital raise in September.

NZX-listed glass manufacturer Metro Performance Glass plans to secure capital from the Australian family office Cowes Bay has collapsed.

The company announced in September that it had entered into a conditional agreement with the family office to invest $1.9m into the business for a 13% stake.
