Napier Port pays post-cyclone sweetener to workers
High apple and timber exports, and higher tariffs, helped push net profits up by almost a quarter.

About 290 of the 315 workers at Napier Port will receive a Christmas bonus of $4314 per full-time employee at the end of this month, on the strength of a solid export-led resurgence in earnings.
