Singapore hotelier and investment holding group Hotel Properties Limited has snapped up Precinct Properties’ Intercontinental Hotel for $180 million.
In an announcement to the Singapore stock exchange overnight, HPL confirmed it had purchased the 139-room hotel at One Queen Street from NZX-listed
