SkyCity loses Australian tax appeal
Court ruling finds the casino operator liable for $14m in casino duty with the issue of penalty interest yet to be decided.

SkyCity has lost an appeal in Australia against a tax ruling on casino duty and must pay an additional A$13 million ($14m) to the state of South Australia.
The company disclosed today that the South Australian Court of Appeal had ruled against it in a dispute over the tax treatment of loyalty points
