Synlait chief executive Richard Wyeth has resigned and will be replaced by acting CEO Leon Fung with immediate effect.
The move was announced in a brief statement to the NZX, giving no reason for Wyeth’s decision. Synlait said Wyeth would stay with the company until June 30 to support an orderly
