JLL has welcomed Richard Paul to its Auckland office as head of Property and Asset Management.

Richard Paul joins JLL from Southpark Corporation in Auckland, where he spent three years as a Commercial Property Manager and was responsible for Southpark’s property portfolio.

Prior to that, Richard spent three years working in Europe in an operations capacity responsible for the Madrid, Frankfurt and London offices.

He is originally from Hawkes Bay and undertook his real estate qualifications through Massey University. He then went on to study business, marketing, management and accounting through the Eastern Institute of Technology.

“Richard’s enthusiasm for the property industry and his passion to drive positive change in the business are impressive,” JLL’s Managing Director Nick Hargreaves says.

“I am very pleased to have him at JLL and look forward to seeing what Richard will achieve over the coming years.”
