Kerr's absence takes heat from PGC agm

George Kerr's absence took much of the heat from Pyne Gould Corporation's (PGC) annual meeting this afternoon.

It was the first time PGC, of which Christchurch-based Mr Kerr owns more than 75% alongside US hedge fund Baker Street Capital, held its annual meeting in Auckland.
