John Key preferred prime minister rating has dropped by 7.3 points and Labour leader David Cunliffe jumped by 3.9 points, in the latest Herald DigiPoll survey.
Mr Keyh is now at his lowest rating in a Herald DigiPoll survey since becoming Prime Minister in November 2008. See rull results here.

In the party standings, National is down 1.5 to 48.6%, and Labour up 0.8 to 24.6% while NZ First surges 2.1 to 8.1% (see graphic above right).
A OneNews-Colmar Brunton poll, also released tonight, had Mr Key's popularity dipping 2 points and his party down 4 (see graphic top right).
