A 1.78ha block of waterfront land at Waiwera associated with Russian billionaire Mikhail Khimich has been sold in a mortgagee tender.
The property on Auckland’s North Shore, formerly owned by Seaside Land, was sold at the behest of mortgagee BNZ.
It was sold in May via Ray White agents
