King's water hui open to all – not just Maori


The Maori King's spokesman, Tuku Morgan, says next week's hui aims to unite Maori, but anyone is welcome to attend.

A Maori hui to discuss water rights is open to everyone, the Maori king's spin doctor Tuku Morgan says.

King Tuheitia has called the hui, which will be held at Turangawaewae Marae in Ngaruawahia next week.

It follows the government saying it would delay the sale of Mighty River Power
