The juror had an accident in her kitchen this morning which required hospital attention for a suspected broken wrist.
The nine women and two men jury began deliberations on Thursday afternoon.
Justice Rodney Hansen adjourned the trial until 10 am on Monday.
Tame Iti, Emily Bailey, Urs Signer and Te Rangikaiwhiria Kemara have denied firearms charges and charges of being involved in a criminal organisation following a major police anti-terrorism operation into military-style training camps in the Ureweras in 2007.
