Kiwibank cuts fixed home loan rates


Kiwibank has joined ASB and ANZ National Bank in cutting its fixed-term home loan rates with immediate effect.

Kiwibank has joined ASB and ANZ National Bank in cutting its fixed-term home loan rates with immediate effect.

The six-month home loan rate, reduced .40% last month, has been reduced a further .36% rate, to 5.59% a year.

The one-year rate has been reduced .50% to 5.95% a year; two-year down .19% to 6.40%; three-year down .19% to 6.90% a year; four year down .15% to 7.30% a year and five-year down .10% to 7.60% a year.
