Appeal Court backs ruling on Wikeley fraud

Sir Owen Glenn, pictured, has been battling a default judgment for US$123.8m obtained from a Kentucky court by Ken Wikeley.
The Appeal Court has upheld findings in the High Court that a US$123.8 million ($210m) judgment against Sir Owen Glenn’s investment company Kea was obtained by the fraudulent conspiracy of ex-pat businessmen Ken Wikeley and Eric Watson.
