Arria investor wins $144k buyback order

District Court finds software company's co-founder Gerald Henry in breach of shareholder agreement.

Gerald Henry, a consultant involved in raising capital for software company Arria NLG, has been ordered to pay $144,000 to an Arria shareholder after failing to honour a promissory note provided with her initial investment in 2016.

In a ruling dated February 15, District Court judge David Clark said
