Court rules against ANZ on class action claim
Bank estimates liability of $125m, mulls appeal.

The High Court has ruled against ANZ Bank in a huge class action claim over its liability for disclosure failures on its mortgage lending.
In a statement to the NZX, ANZ said it estimated its maximum liability for the decision at about $125 million.
