Legal tussles between rival tutoring companies Eurekly and Jamie Beaton’s Crimson Consulting will kick off in the Auckland High Court in May 2022.
A minute issued by associate judge Peter Andrew on Thursday noted Eurekly’s breach of confidence lawsuit has been set down for a two-week trial
