Former QEX Logistics director banned and ordered to pay a penalty
Jingji (Ronnie) Xue and the formerly NZX-listed dairy trader have been ordered to pay penalties of $875,000 and $175,000, respectively.

The formerly listed dairy trader QEX Logistics, and its founder and director Jingji (Ronnie) Xue, have been ordered to pay civil penalties collectively worth more than $1 million following legal action by the Financial Markets Authority.
Xue has also been banned as a director of any FMC reporting
