‘Miscarriage of justice’: failed developers escape $4.8m judgment

Disgraced Auckland property developers Paul Bublitz and David Wigmore have staved off bankruptcy proceedings brought by a lender owed several million dollars, after the High Court deemed the process a "miscarriage of justice".
