NBR publisher Fourth Estate Holdings and its owner, Todd Scott, have filed a notice of appeal against a decision of the High Court finding a column by contributor Matthew Hooton defamed former National MP Steven Joyce.
The appeal seeks an order setting aside the December 17 ruling of Justice
