New Zealand First Foundation defendant seeks case thrown out

The accused continues name suppression fight in High Court after December loss.

A defendant to the New Zealand First Foundation donations scandal is attempting to have the Serious Fraud Office’s case against him thrown out, the North Shore District Court has heard.

Two persons, whose names remain secret, have pleaded not guilty and will face a jury trial on one count each
