Orion Marine wins appeal over Sealegs copyright
Court of Appeal sets aside injunction orders.

Competitor Orion Marine has successfully appealed the High Court decision that it breached Sealegs’ copyright over the design and manufacture of wheel assemblies for amphibious boats.
The announcement came as Sealegs confirmed this afternoon that it intends to delist from the NZX.
