Supplier seeks liquidation of Du Val entity
Auckland property developer is believed to be facing claims of about $500,000 from a materials supplier.

Du Val’s subsidiary construction entity Blue River Holdings is facing liquidation proceedings in the Hamilton High Court.
The application, scheduled to be heard August 12, is being brought by Onehunga-based plasterboard and interior building products supplier Global Linings.
