Synlait argues ‘enough is enough’ on Pokeno plant lawsuit

Synlait lawyer Julian Miles QC has told the Supreme Court today that a prolonged lawsuit over the company’s Pokeno plant was having a ‘genuine commercial impact’ on the dairy processor.
