Xero wins bankruptcy-related privacy case

Accounting software company Xero has won a summary judgment against a claim of breach of privacy brought by Kristina Buxton, the partner of former bankrupt property developer Dave Henderson.
The claim had previously been struck out at the High Court as an abuse of process but Buxton appealed,
