Leaky Gore Street apartments court case set for 2019

One of Auckland’s tallest leaky apartment complexes' body corporate of 400 units is suing the council and others in what is expected to be a month-long trial.

While the proceedings were first issued in 2014, the case won’t go to a full hearing until late 2019.
