The Forsyth Barr idea on Friday that Chorus [NZX: CNU] should consider walking away from the UFB contract probably isn’t legally possible.

Forsyth Barr reckons that the maximum penalties would be $360 million as that’s the maximum figure in the limitation of liability provision in the UFB
