Popular business networking site LinkedIn finally gained an iPad app (the service has long had an iPad-compatible iPhone app, plus an Android phone app).
The iPad look has a very different look and feel to the web and iPhone versions. It'll take you a few moments to re-orientate.
But NBR agrees with initial reviews of this day-old app - it takes good advantage of the iPad.
And if you use LinkedIn's calendar feature, you'll find the integration pretty slick.
There are a few minor niggles. You can't edit your profile, and if you log out, you'll have to enter your full details to log back in.
But overall, LinkedIn's done a good job.
If you've been struggling along with a reformatted version of the LinkedIn iPhone app on your iPad, it's well worth the upgrade.
