Dairy, Synlait deal, again in the mix as market takes a breather

Synlait Milk stock jumped 2.19% on Friday to 70 cents ahead of today's annual earnings announcement, with the sale of its North Island plant expected to be a top agenda item.

The company, controlled by China-based Bright Dairy & Food Co, is sticking to its July guidance of underlying earnings
