US markets tap the brakes despite colossal Q3 for Nvidia

Last Wednesday’s set of third-quarter earnings for AI chip juggernaut Nvidia wasn’t exactly met by yawns, but market reaction did see its stock initially track down before recovering, after it posted net income of US$20 billion ($34.3b), doubling last year’s comparable earnings.
