Property developer Nigel McKenna has avoided bankruptcy after Fletcher Construction withdrew its claim against him.
Creditor Fletcher was owed more than $1.93 million by Mr McKenna’s company Melview Featherston St for building the Holiday Inn at Wellington in 2007.
