Mogridge quits Perpetual, mortgage fund moratorium extended

Pyne Gould Corporation chairman Bryan Mogridge has resigned as a director of the company’s embattled and up-for-sale investment manager Perpetual Trust.

Mr Mogridge’s directorship of Perpetual Trust and its management company Perpetual Asset Management ceased on August 16.
