More calls for improved Airbnb regulation

Landlord awarded tenant's subleasing profits leads to renewed calls for more regulation.

Property Investors' Federation chief executive Andrew King says there are “real issues” that need clarification over tenants subleasing to accommodation provider Airbnb.

His comments come after a New Zealand precedent in a Tenancy Tribunal case, in which a Wellington landlord was awarded the net
