Morningstar: Trade Me struggling with real estate pricing model

Morningstar says Trade Me’s [NZX: TME] pricing power in property classifieds is not as strong previously thought.

The comments follow a UBS analysts' report which said the online auction site faces serious headwinds in implementing its new real estate pricing model.
