New ceo for NZ Lotteries


Wayne Pickup is returning to New Zealand having worked in senior management roles with GTECH Corporation in Australia and Europe for over four years.

Wayne Pickup has been appointed to succeed Todd McLeay as chief executive of NZ Lotteries.

Mr Pickup will return to New Zealand having worked in senior management roles with GTECH Corporation in Australia and Europe for over four years. GTECH is a gaming technology and services company.

Prior to joining GTECH, he worked for NZ Lotteries in various roles, most recently as chief information officer.

Mr Pickup takes up the new role on March 19.
