Fisher & Paykel Appliances have appointed Philip Lough to the board as an independent director.
Fisher & Paykel Appliances has appointed Philip Lough to the board as an independent director, replacing John Gilks who retired at the 2011 annual shareholders meeting.
Mr Lough is chairman of Methven and Quotable Value, deputy chairman of Port Nelson and a director of Livestock Improvement Corporation. He is a former chairman of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and other previous roles include the New Zealand Dairy Board, Mainland Foods, Ernest Adams, Sealord Group and Meridian Energy. He is also a former CEO of the Sealord Group and former deputy chief executive of the New Zealand Dairy Board.
Mr Lough takes up the role today.
