No transtasman union but maybe more Kiwi currencies?

Becoming the seventh state of Australia would only add complications for New Zealand.

But one expert says, in theory, it might be better to introduce multiple currencies to New Zealand instead. At least that would reflect the reality of New Zealand’s economic environment.
