Proceedings cut back, but Character Coalition and Auckland 2040 don't accept claims their appeal was holding up the whole plan.
An appeal against the Unitary Plan the previous Auckland Council claimed would hold up the whole process has been chopped back.
After discussions with the council, the Character Coalition and Auckland 2040 have reduced their appeal and judicial review so it only encompasses 29,000
