Australia’s first sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) facility is to be built in Brisbane, with the aim of production starting in 2028.

The A$1.7 billion ($1.86b) project has the backing of Boeing and the Queensland Government but was conceived by the Wagner Corporation, headed by Toowoomba Wellcamp
