Rescue helicopter reports laser strike in Alexandra

The incident follows a court conviction in Dunedin earlier this year.

Another illegal laser incident involving an Otago regional rescue helicopter occurred this week. The helicopter with a full medical team on board was approaching Dunstan Hospital on September 20 to collect a patient for transfer to Dunedin Public Hospital.
