NZ issues High Court verdict in international Coke v Pepsi trade mark claims

The Coca-Cola Co has lost a High Court bid to stop PepsiCo and its distributor, Frucor Beverages, from using a similar contour-shaped bottle in New Zealand, according to a recently released judgment by Justice Ed Wylie.
