NZ share market catches bad dose of October curse

The worst performing company fell 12% last week and 17% in October so far.

October is shaping up to be the New Zealand share market’s worst month in more than six years.

With one trading day left, the benchmark Top 50 Index has shed 5.7% this month, its worst performance since May 2010 when the index fell 6.8%.
