NZVIF unclear on return on investment in Phitek

Minor shareholders raise questions about taxpayer returns and criticise major shareholders.

The New Zealand Venture Investment Fund is being vague on its return on investment in Phitek, which last month was sold to NYSE-listed Amphenol for $60 million.

NZVIF had a 13.7% stake in the airline technology company, meaning it should have got an $8.2 million return.
