Orcon-associated company in liquidation

Vivid Networks, which had a 48% indirect stake in Orcon, has been forced into court-appointed liquidation.

PwC’s Craig Sanson and Colin McCloy were appointed liquidators of the company on Friday.

Inland Revenue has been attempting to have Vivid Networks liquidated since May this year
