Auckland Council loses bid for Orewa seawall for the second time.
For the second time, Auckland lawyer Sue Simons has defeated Auckland Council’s attempt to build a seawall at Orewa Beach.
Auckland Council had applied to itself, as the consenting authority, for resource consents to build a concrete walkway and seawall along the northern end of the beachfront,
