Orion close to landing new investors, CFO says

NZX-listed healthcare software company, which earlier reported a wider loss, retains an investment bank in the US. Shares fall sharply as it backs away from its breakeven second-half guidance.

Orion Health is close to landing new investors, according to chief financial officer Mark Tisdel.

The NZX-listed healthcare software provider raised $33 million in May through a discounted rights issue, backed primarily by founder and chief executive Ian McCrae and other managers.
