Paul Tanday joins JLL as national director of property & asset management

JLL has appointed Paul Tanday as national director of property & asset management. 

Mr Tanday has an extensive employment history in the property industry with more than 20 years’ experience under his belt in commercial property. He has held roles at Westfield, AMP, Kiwi Property and Colliers International and most recently was general manager – revenue at NZRPG. He is highly experienced in the field of property management and has led large teams.

Mr Tanday will oversee JLL’s property and asset management division managing the team across all JLL offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

JLL managing director Todd Lauchlan says “It is fantastic to appoint someone with Paul’s experience and track record in the property industry. His appointment forms part of a wider plan for the property and asset management side of our business, where we are aligning more with our Australian team, who are the largest property management business in Australia and whose portfolio includes 290 retail centres, 4.9 million sqm office and 4.1m sqm of industrial space.
