Designworks has appointed four design specialists. Mark Bensemen, who joins the Auckland office as design leader, has over 20 years’ experience in branding and design. Bridget Taylor, who has been appointed a spatial designer, has a Bachelor of Design in spatial design. Anais Ardidwill join the Wellington office as design strategist. Ms Ardid has taught design research at the Institute of European Design. Frank MacFarlanehas been appointed senior digital producer – interactive in the Wellington office. Previously, he worked for VFX Weta Digital.
The Rees Hotel has appointed Mel Bohsefront office manager. Ms Bohse joins the Rees management team from Spire Luxury Hotels Group New Zealand where she was hotel general manager for five years.
Hobsonville Land Company has appointed Chris Aiken chief executive. He has 25 years of experience in the property sector. Mark Fraser has been appointed commercial manager. He recently contracted for Waterfront Auckland to lead the redevelopment of Queens Wharf. Andrew Pollock has been appointed as senior finance officer. He has over 30 years’ experience in local government including infrastructure projects.
A2 Milk (UK) has appointed Sean Uprichardchief executive. Mr Uprichard was previously co-founder and general manager of Relentless Energy and has held senior sales and marketing roles with L’Oreal and Unilever.
Carlson Wagonlit Travel has appointed Kim Milnecountry director for CWT New Zealand. She has spent the past four years as operations manager and second-in-command to the chief executive for Southern Cross Travel Insurance.
