Deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters appears to be in fine fettle on the eve of Parliament resuming next week.

Mr Peters adopted a cheerfully combative stance when approached by NBR today for comment, primarily on Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern’s pregnancy.
