PM says 'hold the line' on government spending

Prime Minister John Key says the government must “hold the line” and stay fiscally prudent this year.

He made the comments at a post-Budget speech organised by the TransTasman Business Circle.

The function was attended by up to 1000 business people, many of whom were accosted by a group
