Auckland’s City Rail Link is now estimated to cost $5.493 billion, a $1b increase on the earlier 2019 cost estimate.
CRL has provided an updated estimate to the Government and Auckland Council as it seeks more money to complete the project. At the same time, it is now planning for the construction
